In shutdown response work, site arrival timing often matters more than the product specification itself.
- The first priority was identifying the items that absolutely had to be secured during the maintenance window.
- If same-day shipment was not realistic, the shipment window itself had to be redesigned.
- Internal reporting also had to focus on actual site-arrival timing rather than simple order status.
HKIS did not only pass on lead time data item by item. We translated the shipping flow into a site-schedule context so the customer could judge practical response options more clearly.
