Product Usage
- Insert the fan into the hole on the back and secure with the inner ring. Attach the connecting wire to the hook and connect to the fan and battery (1.5, AA, 4ea). Connect the hook between the fan and the battery. Adjust the wind speed with the battery switch. Zip up to direct the wind towards the face. Use the shoulder straps to block escaping wind. Soak the ice pack in cold water for 5 minutes. Place it in the zipper pocket and then in the ice pack pocket.
