- Insert fan into the hole on the back and secure with the inner ring→Connect the wire to the hook and plug into the fan and battery (1.5, AA, 4ea)→Connect the hook between the fan and battery→Adjust wind strength with the battery switch→Zip up to direct wind towards the face→Block escaping wind with the shoulder tightening strap→Soak ice pack in cold water for 5 minutes→Place in the zipper pocket and then into the ice pack pocket
