Automac Operation ProcessStep 1: The steel plate is placed on the plate or lowered onto it in Step 4, with the locking device engaged to prevent the piston slider from moving. At this point, no magnetism is generated on the suction surface. Step 2: As the Automac's piston slider rises, magnetism is gradually generated on the suction surface. Maximum suction force is achieved when the piston slider is fully raised and the Automac lifts the steel plate off the ground. Step 3: Magnetism is still being generated on the suction surface, and the steel plate remains attached. Step 4: When the piston slider is lowered, the magnetism on the suction surface is released, separating the steel plate from the Automac, and the process can repeat from Step 1.
